Question about drugs for PTCE

I have several books to study from and couple of CphT frieds that I'm getting most of the answers for my questions from, the problem is they took the exam 5+ years ago and the content has changes. long story short, my question is: is memorizing the top 200 drugs (brand name,generic, and use) is enough or should I memorize the mechanism of action,dosage forms and strengths, interactions, storage etc. for each drug?
