Dispensing problem?

I will be taking my exam this coming weekend. I am doing as many practice questions as possible. However, I have been having a hard time with some of the math questions. If anyone could please help. Thank you!

Problem:
The pharmacy technician is asked to divide 5 liters of a suspension into an equal number of 10ml and 15ml unit dose dispensing cups. How many 10 ml dispensing cups can be made from this quantity of suspension?

The answer is 200. But I am not sure how they arrived at this answer.

This is a good question.
I asked it on the
facebook page.
Also, I have put together a brief video on
YouTube.
