Decoding a DEA #

Question #16 on practice test #1 has me confused. It is in reference to the first two letters of a DEA number for a prescriber. I know the first letter indicates the type of practice or institution and the second letter indicates the first letter of the practitioner's last name. I'm having trouble with the first letter of the DEA number. How can I find out the letter designation for the type of practice or institution?
