Hi Laura, I'm wondering if you just looked at the wrong answer Key. The answer key says the correct answer is

A. 8 Capsules.

The easiest way to do it is with proportion math.

2g/100mL is 2%
So, figure out what 60mL is

2g                X
_____   =   _____
100mL         60mL

X = 1.2 grams (1200mg)

1200mg ÷ 150mg Capsules = 8
