My experience with the PTCB exam. What you should know.

I just passed the PTCB exam yesterday. The test (to my surprise)delt alot with calculating proportions. I got several questions that were about pharm techs duties, math, and law. Before the test I was unsure that I'd pass because of the fact that I have'nt studied most of the medications except for the antibiotics but lucky I passed. (probably because of my excellent mathmatical skills,knowledge of abbreviations, knowledge of what pharm techs duties are, and my memory of the laws and organizations dealing with the pharmaceutical industry.
I strongly recommend that if you're on your way to taking the PTCB exam, please make sure you study all the laws and organizations, pharm techs duties in the pharmacy, every calculation and measurment, abreviations, and everthing about prescriptions and labels. And there's no possible way you can possibly fail. TAKE IT FROM ME, I JUST PASSED THIS EXAM YESTERDAY.
