Each prescribed dose will contain:
A. 120mg APAP + 12mg Codeine
B. 240mg APAP + 25mg Codeine
C. 360mg APAP + 36mg Codeine
D. 720mg APAP + 72mg Codeine

the answer is c because

1 tsp = 5 ml

therefore

3 tsp = 1 tbsp so

multiply 12 x 3 = 36 and

120 x 3 = 360
