Concentration question ?

A Pen G package label reads 2.5 million units of dry powder. If 8ml of water is added to it, the concentration is 250,000 units/ml. How much water is needed to produce 62,500 units/0.5ml?

You need to calculate the volume of the powder, but is there not info missing? Help me.
