Answer = 9 tablets

Final weigh*percent(as decimal)=
amt of active ingredient(g)

3% = 3
--- = 0.03
100

150mL * 0.03 = 4.5g

4.5g * 1000g/mg = 4500mg

4500mg
------*1 tablet = 9 tablets
500mg
