What is the final percentage of a solution that is made from mixing 300ml of 70% alcohol with 200ml of 95% alcohol?
reply: (Keith) This is actually not an Alligation problem. You can use alligation to double check it when you are done, but figuring it out you should use C1V1 = C2V2.

210 + 190 = 500x
400 = 500x
